Enamelling Enamels are applied by mean of special dosing equipments. In a second time particulars are placed into special owens in which they reach their catalysis. We are employing a very wide range of catalysts and additives in order to obtain the requested results.
Tumbling painting - Rotopainting - Coating - Rotover With this process we could obtain a good quality with very low costs. We developed a special technology for which we are able to obtain final pieces (also assembled parts) without "blind areas". We take care of every single step of our working, in fact we know that a good preparation can be the secret of an excellent finishing. Degreasing, washing, shotblasting and primer application are the cycles we usually apply in order to obtain the maximum chemical/physical quality on the parts. With our 8 lines of production we can grant you high capability and volumes.
COATING WITH PVD USING SPUTTERING TECHNOLOGY Metal coating on buttons, nick-knacks and any kind of surface. Besides having features of hardness and considerable endurance to scraping. The coating with PVD using sputtering technology offer really innovative colours. It is the most Eco-friendly coating technology (free from nickel and thick metals) it is a cheap production process giving a thin uniform coating. The Sputtering build up an everlasting alloy between the film and the ground layer welding their molecules. As it is a cold transfer, Sputtering offers great versatility if compared to other coatings and can be used to leave conduction materials or insulating ones on every kind of layers : metals, pottery and plastic materials sensitive to temperature.
AUTOMATON VARNISHING Varnishing of buttons and knick-knacks with AUTOMATON STAUBLI TECHNOLOGY by exsiccation in traditional or polymerization ovens using U.V. Ovens. The sampling are handed manually to set the following process stages automathically or for lots of process. The high standard we can reach, the high quality of raw materials used and the processing similar to the ones used for car production, all these factors make automaton varnishing STS coating certifying very high quality and uniformity of the results.
Brushing and satining The request of the customer is the starting point of this treatment in which our collaborators are playing the most important role. Thanks to the skill, experience and fantasy of our operators an incredible range of effects on metals can be obtained.
Shot blasting Key process for the preparation of the particulars before painting, we can work with shotblasting also as subcontractors. Special automated processes are used.
Strass and stones application In order to offer a global service to our customers, we dedicate our creativity also in this field and our prices are very interesting. As a general rule we decided to use only high quality raw materials, bi-component glues and owen catalysis.
